How does My Life Gym work?

The process of life coaching involves three key phases:

Phase One: Clarification and Goal Setting
During this My Life Gym Coaching UK initial phase we will work to clarify what you are looking to achieve from the coaching both in terms of the difficulties that you are currently facing in coaching life and where you would like to get to by the end.

Phase Two: Developing Awareness and Implementing Strategies
By exploring the difficulties which you are experiencing during your My Life Gym Coaching UK sessions we will aim to develop your awareness and establish a basis to learn and implement the new life coaching techniques and philosophies to help you develop your potential with UK coaching.

Phase Three: Fine Tuning, Further Support and Ending
During this final phase of the life coaching sessions we will look at how well the changes are working and whether or not we need to do any final fine tuning to your My Life Gym Coaching UK programme.

Typically, no more than five sessions of life coaching UK is necessary. However on-going intermittent support can be beneficial.

How will I know if it is working?
Depending on the nature of the difficulty that you are experiencing you may notice change in two possible ways. First that you are no longer experiencing the difficulty you came to coaching to address eg you don’t feel anxious. And second that you performance has seen a marked improvement eg: you are more confident.
